Since web 2.0 and social networks are closing in with great solution for business not only personal use we've started several strategic partnerships to provide better and faster solutions for all needs. dxpgroup llc is a privately held company and is self-funded since inception.
As dxpgroup is a privately held company, our stock is neither publicly traded nor is there a market price for it. (not yet at least – we do have the intent in our medium term strategy to be publicly traded / listed). However, from time to time, shares of dxpgroup stock are traded between private investors. In these private stock transactions, dxpgroup will act as the transfer agent and only provide the necessary documentation.
